Mr. Weiss joined Colbeck in 2024 as a Vice President on the investment team. Prior to joining Colbeck, Mr. Weiss was a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors Group, where he focused on debt transactions supporting leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, and refinancings for public and private companies across multiple sectors. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Weiss was an Analyst at Round Hill Music Royalty Partners, where he focused on underwriting and monitoring portfolio investments. Mr. Weiss holds a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from NYU Stern Business School.
