Founded in 2009 by Jason Beckman and Jason Colodne, Colbeck Capital Management is a leading middle-market private credit manager that provides creative financing solutions to companies during periods of transition when traditional sources of capital are less accessible.

Our team has an extensive history of investing across different market cycles at leading financial institutions and embraces a partnership approach with entrepreneurs, management, equity sponsors, borrowers, and investors. Beckman and Colodne first collaborated at Goldman Sachs in Fixed Income and Commodities Division, developing the Colbeck business model used today based on their respective experiences running credit investing and sourcing.

We leverage our extensive network of industry relationships, creative deal origination, bespoke credit structuring, and significant special situations experience to originate and invest in strategic loans that unsponsored middle-market companies require.
