Mr. Weil joined Colbeck in 2024 as a Senior Associate on the investment team. Prior to joining Colbeck, Mr. Weil was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley. While at Morgan Stanley, he was a member of the founding team of the Fixed Income Emerging Market Structured Lending desk, focused on direct lending via corporate loans, asset-backed financings, and special situations for public and private companies across multiple sectors. Mr. Weil is a CFA® charter holder and received his BA from Dartmouth College.
