Mr. Diaz joined Colbeck in 2025 as an Associate on the investment team. Prior to joining Colbeck, Mr. Diaz was an Associate in the Capital Solutions Group at CPPIB, where he focused on evaluating and executing investments across the capital structure for public and private companies in Latin America, spanning multiple sectors and asset classes. Mr. Diaz began his career in the Investment Banking division at Goldman Sachs as part of the Latin America Financing Group. Mr. Diaz graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a BS in Finance and Economics and a specialization in value investing.
