Mr. Talisman joined Colbeck in 2024 as a Managing Director on the investment team. Prior to joining Colbeck, Mr. Talisman was a Managing Director of Direct Lending at Principal Alternative Credit in New York. While at Principal he led and managed direct lending non-sponsored origination and structuring activities for a team of over 30 professionals across five offices. Prior to this, he held positions at Stonehenge Capital, GrowthCap, North Sea Partners, and Lehman Brothers, where he gained experience in private capital, investment banking, and corporate finance. Jared holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, where he graduated with honors, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University, with a concentration in Accounting.
